Mon – Fri: Delivery will be arranged on the other day 9am – 6pm if the order has been confirmed to receive before 12:30pm. While order has been confirmed to receive after 12:30 pm and it will be treated as the other day order. (For example: delivery will be arranged on Wednesday if the order has been confirmed after Monday 12:30pm)
Delivery will be arranged on next Monday if the order has been confirmed after Friday 12:30pm.
Delivery will be arranged on next Tuesday if order is made on Saturday and Sunday.
Delivery time ranges from morning (9:00am – 1:00pm) and afternoon (2:00pm – 6:00pm) and there is no FIXED delivery time provided.
We cannot be responsible for delays due to those un-controlled circumstances, such as bad weather (typhoon and storm), traffic congestion and so on. However, we will do our best to track the status of your order and re-arrange delivery as soon as possible.
No delivery will be arranged on public holiday and only be made on the other day after the public holiday.
Delivery can only be arranged in 2-3 working days for Non-Commercial and industrial areas or remote areas.
After the order has been confirmed, at least one working day notice before the original delivery time for any change of delivery address and time.
Please check the product upon receipt. Contact us for goods exchange within 7 days if they are discovered with any problems.

Ordinary locations: You can enjoy free delivery upon purchase at $250 (discounted price). Those purchase less than $250 (discounted price) are required to pay extra delivery cost at $35.

Remote Locations: Sorry! No delivery services are provided to remote locations. Examples of remote locations include remote countryside, villages, the Peak, Shek O, Lautau island, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lamma island, Ping Chau and so on……

Cash on delivery: Simply settle the payment by cash with the deliveryman, no changes are accepted for delivery.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or revised.
All products can NOT be used for any commercial transaction. Voles International Ltd reserves the right to refuse the sale of the products if we have doubt on the usage of the sold products.
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Then, sign the invoice if no deviations or damaged are found.
If deviations or damaged goods are found upon checking your order, please inform the courier staff immediately. Claims after acknowledge receipt by signing the invoice will not be entertained.
